Shipping, Order & Account Policy

Dealer Account Eligibility & Maintenance

To maintain an active B2B purchasing account on myFirstech.com and qualify for dealer pricing and freight programs, accounts must meet the following baseline commercial requirements:

  • Opening Order Requirement: New dealer accounts require a minimum initial opening order of $2,500 to activate portal purchasing privileges.
  • Annual Maintenance Volume: To maintain active dealer status, accounts must achieve a minimum annual purchasing volume of $5,000.

Account Reviews: Purchasing volume is evaluated annually. Accounts that do not meet the minimum annual volume threshold may be subject to account review, reclassification, or deactivation of myFirstech.com portal access.

Shipping Carriers

Orders placed through myFirstech.com are typically shipped using FedEx for parcel shipments and approved freight/LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers for oversized shipments. Firstech negotiates competitive shipping rates with its carrier partners to provide reliable service and value to our authorized dealers.

The following flat-rate and tier-based shipping options apply to deliveries within the contiguous United States:

Note on Exceptions: Orders exceeding express shipment thresholds, oversized products, freight/LTL shipments, or special-order items may require additional freight charges.

Alaska & Hawaii

  • FedEx 2Day Shipping: $30 flat rate, regardless of order size.
  • Exceptions: Additional freight charges may apply for oversized or freight/LTL shipments.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Same-Day Processing Cutoff: Most orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are processed the same day.
  • Standard Processing: Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will typically be processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Transit Times (Post-Shipment)

  • FedEx Priority Overnight: 1 business day
  • FedEx Express 2Day: 2 business days
  • FedEx Ground: 2–5 business days
  • Freight/LTL Shipments: 5–10 business days

Disclaimer: Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During peak holiday periods, severe weather events, or carrier service disruptions, processing and transit times may be extended. Shipping estimates displayed at checkout may not reflect temporary delays.

Warranty Claims & Exchanges

  • Processing Windows: Upon receipt of warranty-eligible products and all required documentation, Firstech will process warranty claims for exchange within 10 business days.
  • Return Shipping: Approved warranty replacement shipments sent from Firstech to the dealer will be shipped at no additional charge using standard shipping methods.

Order Tracking & Notifications

  • Self-Service Tracking: Order status and tracking information can be viewed at any time through your myFirstech.com account.
  • Automated Alerts: Automated order confirmations, shipment notifications, and tracking updates will be sent to the billing contact associated with your account.
